My wife and I were very tired after a transatlantic flight, so we were happy to find the free transfer bus provided by the hotel. After a short drive we arrived at the hotel and quickly registered before going to our room. This was large, with 2 Queen sized beds. It was pleasantly decorated and clean. We stayed 2 nights. There was a wide range of food available for breakfast and it was supplied by the most delightful and helpful staff. On the first day we used the free hotel bus to take us back to the airport and from there we used the free municipal bus to take us into the city of Boston. We reversed this process to get back to the hotel at night. On the second day we used the free hotel bus to take us to "Car Rentals" which is situated at the airport. From there we continued our holiday in Cape Cod. All the bus drivers were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. One driver, called Carol, was an absolute delight and we will remember her with fondness.

No time for breakfast, but it looked/smelled delicious from a distance. We booked the hotel for a short stay on booking.com ($40) less than the hotel’s lowest price. Arrived at Logan Airport at 1 am. Needed to catch a 7 am bus that morning from the airport back to Cape Cod. That’s why we stayed at the Hilton. The overnight shuttle driver was so welcoming and very helpful when he picked us up at the airport at 1 am and when he took us back at 6:15 am to catch our bus. When we arrived at the hotel after 1 am, the staff were as welcoming and informative as if it were the middle of the day - also same staff at 6 am - couldn’t have been nicer. Very professional. We would definitely stay at that Hilton Garden Inn again.

Check in took 4 minutes, they had 4 receptionists! Amazing! We arrived into the room and were so happy about the cleanliness of the entire space. We had been touring New England for 12 days and were disappointed with our previous hotels during this trip. For us, the important attributes are cleanliness, comfort and safety. This room and hotel had it all. We had our best sleep and best shower of the whole trip!! The bathroom was great with lots of good shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotions. We enjoyed the coffee in the room and were thrilled with the ample choices of seating as well. This is a really great hotel and so clean. We will return again!

When I originally booked I neglected to book the car to stay the week. I called and it was added on over the phone but when we arrived there was no record on my account and the price to leave the car was significantly more than I was told before . However - I feel like they accommodated well even though the total was more than anticipated . I do appreciate them working with me . It's a very convenient and clean location if you are flying out - great that one can leave a vehicle there and it's safe :)

It was amazingly quiet, considering it was close to the Boston Logan airport. The beds and the pillows were comfortable. We walked about six or seven blocks to a wonderful Italian restaurant called Luna. We would definitely eat there again.

The type of room I had reserved was unavailable when I checked in, so they upgraded me. The facility and room looked very clean and new. I booked this location for its proximity to the airport-- booking.com gave me a great offer and the hotel had a free airport shuttle--for my morning flight. Great deal & the shuttle is so easy. In the morning, runs every 15 minutes on the dot from the front of the hotel; took about 10 minutes to get to my airline at Logan. Driver helped me on and off with my luggage. Excellent service. I arrived in Boston on Amtrak; it took about 7 minutes to get from North Station to the hotel on Uber.

Helpful reception & restaurant staff, well priced $10, continental buffet breakfast, great shuttle service from hotel to airport and very helpful drivers. 10-12 min walk to Blue Line train/subway (Orient Heights) to Boston taking only 15mins

Rooms were great. Allen at the front desk was beyond belief. He was always up beat answering all questions with many options. He provided a map of the train system, suggested places to visit as well as making sure we were always satisfied. You have a employee that is an asset to your company. Breakfast was great except the fact that we always got way too much food. Hated to see food go to waste.
